This one is circa late 1930’s, probably a unique piece. It is Cortebert cal. 661, 9 3/4 lignes (21.7mm). Unlike the skeleton small calibers widely used by PP, AP, VC and many other manufactures that are mostly based on the FP cal. 21 (which does not have a seconds hand), this one has a sub-seconds hand
